Regen Ortho Center Video Submission Portal

This video portal will help you create engaging content that your audience will love. While you don't need to be a video pro, focusing on three key things makes all the difference: clear sound, good lighting, and HD video quality. Each video should be less than 3 minutes long, focusing on one clear topic. Find a quiet spot with good lighting, use a quality camera or phone that records in HD, and follow these guidelines to create great content.

Video Submission Guidelines:

  • Video Structure (under 3 minutes): First 5-10 seconds: Introduce yourself and the topic. Next 2-2.5 minutes: Cover your main points. Final 15-20 seconds: Wrap up with a call to action
  • Ensure proper lighting - use natural light if possible, facing a window, or invest in a simple ring light to avoid shadows and ensure clear visibility
  • Use a high-quality microphone - clean audio is crucial; a basic lavalier mic or professional microphone will make a huge difference versus built-in camera audio
  • Record in a quiet room with minimal echo - sound quality can make or break a video's professionalism, so choose a location with good acoustics and minimal background noise
  • Frame the shot properly - position yourself slightly off-center (rule of thirds) and ensure the camera is at eye level, not pointing up or down at you
  • Choose a clean, uncluttered background - remove any distracting elements and ensure the background looks professional
  • Record in 1080p HD minimum - video quality matters for professional content; avoid standard definition or low-resolution recording
  • Wear solid colors - avoid busy patterns, stark white, or clothing that could be distracting on camera
  • Maintain consistent volume - speak clearly and at a steady volume throughout the recording
  • Leave brief pauses - add a 2-3 second pause at the beginning and end of your speaking to allow for clean editing
